By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of dk444, you enter into a binding legal agreement with dk444 and agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the dk444 platform regardless of geographic location, though dk444's services are specifically designed and marketed for players based in Pakistan. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Use of the dk444 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

To access the full range of dk444 services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all dk444 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active dk444 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dk444 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. dk444 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• KYC Compliance: dk444 is obligated under its international gaming license to verify the identity of all registered users. You agree to submit valid identity documents — such as a CNIC, passport, or other government-issued Pakistani identification — when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
• Contact Details: You must keep your registered contact details up to date. Notifications regarding account security, promotions, and regulatory matters will be sent to your registered email and/or mobile number.

All financial transactions on the dk444 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• dk444 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your dk444 PKR balance in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• dk444 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three minutes for verified accounts using JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies. The current minimum is displayed within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, or where dk444's compliance team has flagged the account for review under its AML procedures.
• dk444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (such as source of funds evidence) before processing any withdrawal that triggers internal AML thresholds.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the dk444 platform, including cricket and PSL sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and arcade titles such as Dino Hunter and Star Fishing:

• Bets are Final: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the dk444 system, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player unless expressly permitted by game-specific rules.
• Minimum and Maximum Stake Limits: Each game, betting market, and event on dk444 carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are displayed prior to placement and dk444 reserves the right to adjust them at any time.
• Void Bets: dk444 reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, data feed failure, or clear pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

• Disconnection Policy: If a game session is interrupted due to a network or technical issue, dk444's system will record the last confirmed game state. Any funds that were wagered in an incomplete round will be handled in accordance with the specific game provider's disconnection policy.

dk444 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Wagering requirements may only be fulfilled by playing games that are explicitly listed as eligible in the promotion terms. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the dk444 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to open a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the platform, gain unfair advantages, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or betting games.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in connection with any sporting event listed on dk444.

All content appearing on the dk444 platform — including but not limited to the dk444 brand name, logo, website design, software interfaces, game graphics, promotional materials, text, data, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of dk444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dk444 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any dk444 content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the dk444 brand, name, or logo in any commercial context or for any promotional purpose without express written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any dk444 content.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the dk444 platform on another website or application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dk444 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your own actions, including placing bets you did not intend, failing to review odds before confirming a wager, or failing to use responsible gaming tools available to you.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of the dk444 platform.
• Service interruptions caused by events outside dk444's reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, third-party payment provider outages, power failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from the use of incorrect or outdated information on the platform where such errors are corrected within a reasonable time.

Where dk444's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, dk444's maximum aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited into your dk444 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dk444 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and informed gambling. We provide the following tools and safeguards to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via your account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: You may configure session duration alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or a permanent self-exclusion from the dk444 platform. dk444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered by the same individual.
• Use of the platform by an underage user.
• Requests by the account holder for self-exclusion.
• Legal or regulatory requirements compelling dk444 to restrict access.

In the event of account termination, dk444 will make reasonable efforts to return any verified real money balance to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding compliance checks. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon termination for cause.

You may close your dk444 account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any real money balance will be returned to your registered payment account following the final compliance review.

dk444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, dk444 will take reasonable steps to notify registered users via email to their registered address and/or via an on-platform notification displayed upon next login.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised each time the Terms are amended. Your continued use of the dk444 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately and request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dk444 holds its international gaming license.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between you and dk444, the following process applies:

2. Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved informally within 10 business days, you may submit a formal written complaint to our dedicated compliance email. dk444 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 15 business days.
3. Regulatory Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied after the formal complaint process, you may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose license dk444 operates.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms must be brought within one year of the date on which the cause of action arose. After this limitation period, any claim will be permanently barred.
